TikTok deep links
A ZRO TikTok deep link opens profiles, videos in the TikTok app, on iPhone and Android, even when the tap starts inside another app’s browser.
What a TikTok deep link opens
- Profiles
- Videos
The direct app open is for Android. On iPhone the tap leaves the in-app browser but lands in Safari, not in the app.
What happens on each device
- iPhone
- On an iPhone, ZRO has no direct TikTok app link. When the tap starts inside another app’s browser it moves the tap out into Safari; otherwise the visitor gets the TikTok website.
- Android
- ZRO opens the TikTok app by its package name, com.zhiliaoapp.musically. If the app is not installed, the visitor gets the website.
- Computer
- There is no app to open, so the visitor gets the TikTok website. The tap is still counted.

Paste any TikTok link into ZRO and share the short link it gives you. When someone taps it on an iPhone or an Android phone, it opens in the TikTok app. On a computer it opens the website.
